- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders, such as:
- Compile on project documentation and project status report
- Project minutes
- Order resources, like equipment and software
- Retrieve necessary information (e.g. user/client requirements and relevant inf)
- Act as the point of contact for all participants
- Prepare Purchase Order and Quotation
- Assist with preparation of tender submission
- Other administrative duties
- To have good knowledge in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Medical claim included
- Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law
